Class of 1970

Fair Park Alma Mater

Hail, Fair Park High School, we your praises sing,
Our Alma Mater may we ever sing,
To thy high principles may we loyal be, and
Fight, fight, fight for all that's right,
And march to victory!

W. Hines Sims wrote our Alma Mater and Fair Park is one of the few
schools with an original alma mater.  He was the band director at Fair
Park from 1935 to 1944 and also was the minister of music at
Queensborough Baptist Church.  He was born in 1907 and died a
few years ago in Nashville.
